Godzilla head, spacious rooms, separated toilet facilities

The elevators are a nightmare during busy hours!!! The laundry facilities are ridiculously inadequate for such a massive hotel!!!

The location is fantastic and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was quite loud and affected sleep. Overall, great for exploring but could improve on room comfort.

The location is outstanding with a lot of dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room was quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around with luggage. Breakfast offerings were decent, but some items could have been warmer.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The location is perfect for hitting up fun spots like Robot Restaurant and Golden Gai. The staff was super helpful and the rooftop view of Godzilla was epic. Just a heads up, the rooms are cozy, but they let us stash our bags snugly. Would definitely recommend it!

The only downside was the small bed. it felt a bit cramped with two of us trying to sleep. So, if you're sharing space, keep that in mind.

The location of the hotel is excellent. it is close to convenience stores, restaurants, and a train station. Staff members were incredibly friendly and willing to assist, which made our stay more pleasant.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief retreat in Tokyo with great value-to-price ratio. The bathroom had an amazing deep bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Rent the portable wifi device for reliable internet on the go.

Awesome stay in Shinjuku!

We spent 4 nights here and it was awesome! Room was cozy, and the bathroom was super nice with Shiseido products. The breakfast on the 8th floor was great, especially with a view of Godzilla! The only thing, the room was a bit tight on space. Still, we really loved the vibes and the friendly staff made it even better.

The Godzilla view from my room was a fantastic surprise, and the staff's assistance with restaurant bookings made for a seamless experience. Truly a memorable stay in the heart of Shinjuku.

I had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. The location was perfect with tons of dining options nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, featuring impressive amenities. The view of Godzilla was a fun bonus! 🦖

The location stands out, just a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by vibrant nightlife and dining options. The rooftop feature with Godzilla's head makes for an iconic photo op and is a fun touch that sets this place apart.

Rooms feel cramped, especially for couples wanting more space. beds are on the smaller side, akin to a super single, which can be particularly uncomfortable for two. Housekeeping needs improvement since carpets have seen better days, showing dust in corners. The bathrooms, while decently sized, have curtains that don't completely block the light, making sleep a bit tricky for night owls.

I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room and was blown away by the amazing shower that felt like being in a spa. There are also some relaxing massage services available if you want to unwind after a long day. The room was a bit snug, but honestly, I barely noticed because I was out exploring all the time! 😊

my stay at gracery shinjuku was fantastic! the location is super convenient with plenty of food choices nearby. my room was spacious and clean, and the washroom was impressive with an onsen and steam room. What stood out most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. they spoke english very well, making communication a breeze.
